Keeping a close eye on how well your marketing campaigns are performing is crucial for online store owners as long as there is a desire for attaining business goals.

AfterShip Email lets its users check crucial data related to their popup and form campaigns. Here are the steps:

Steps to use AfterShip Email's Popups and Forms analytics

Go to the ‘Analytics’ section of your AfterShip Email account

Data will be shown based on the default settings, so set the date range and select the campaign as per your preference to see the desired results

Let’s understand AfterShip Email analytics for popups and forms:

Popup and forms analytics

Date range: Define the period for which you want to check the performance data. Available options are ‘Yesterday,’ ‘Last 7 days,’ ‘Last 30 days,’ and ‘All time’

Campaign: Choose the popup/form campaign for which you want to see the data

Conversion rate: It signifies how well your popups are producing results. If you select ‘All’ while choosing the campaign, the conversion rate will be calculated like this:

For upsell popups: The number of instances when your store visitors have added the product to the cart directly from your upsell popup will be divided by the total number of views your upsell popup has got, to calculate the conversion rate

For capture more subscribers popup: The conversion rate will be calculated by dividing the number of subscribers (you’ve got via your popup) with the total number of views

For other popups: The total number of clicks will be divided by the total number of views to calculate the conversion rate

Top popup campaigns: It tells you about those popup campaigns that are performing extraordinarily well

New subscribers: It shows how many new subscribers you’ve got with the help of your popup campaigns. To see data in this field, ‘Capture more subscribers’ or ‘Exit intent’ popups should be enabled

Products added to cart: It reveals how many times your store visitors have added a product to their cart directly from your upsell popups. Besides the total count, you see the image and title of each added product

What else do I need to know?

If you don’t want to monitor analytics results every day, you can check overall as well as segregated data very easily because everything will be right in front of your eyes. For example:
