What leads to account suspension

Bounce rate > 4% (for emails)
Spam rate > 0.4% (for emails)
Not adhering to rules and regulations (for both emails and SMSes)

Note: A high bounce rate is typically caused by poor contact list quality. Using a purchased contact list puts your brand’s credibility at risk and also increases the spam rate.

What do I need to do to get my account active again

Clean your subscriber list to remove invalid or dormant email addresses
Review and optimize your email content, making sure it's relevant and avoids triggering spam filters
Once done, contact us to review it again and unblock your account

Note: While your account is blacklisted, all emails and SMS scheduled will stop being sent. You have to duplicate your send new emails and SMSes after getting your account unlocked.
