FAQs

1. How Bestselling products are displayed?

The logic of displaying best-selling products is:

Products that have been purchased in the last 30 days are displayed in the descending order of sales. Items that were purchased before this period are not considered.
If you have not received any order in the last 30 days, random products are shown in recommendations.
In case the shopper has already purchased all your best-selling products, the Hot Sale section is not shown.
In the event of no active products available on your store, the Hot Sale section is not shown
If the shopper has already bought any product that falls under the best-selling category, he/she will not see it as a recommendation. Instead, the other top-selling product in line is displayed in the place of that product.

2. How are the Recently viewed products displayed?

The logic of displaying recently viewed products is:

Products that were viewed in the last 30 days are displayed according to the browsing time, i.e., the products with more recent browsing time are displayed first.
If there is no viewing history for any products, top-selling products are displayed.
In the event of no active products available on your store, the Recently viewed section is not displayed.
