Learn About Different Email Statuses of AfterShip Email

AfterShip Email facilitates email marketing by offering enticing templates and a scheduling option. It also tells you about the status of each email so that you have complete clarity. In total number, there are 5 email statuses that you’ll notice while using AfterShip Email.

Rejected: You’ll see this status due to two reasons:

You have manually canceled your scheduled emails

Your emails get rejected automatically because of the usage of a purchased email list. Whenever our algorithms identify any sort of suspicious email activities, they simply reject the emails to keep the spam rate down. In some cases, your account can be suspended owing to a violation of our policies.

Processing: This status shows up till the time we review your email. Generally, it takes around 10 to 30 mins.

Note: If you’re sending emails to a myriad of customers, the processing time may increase in such a situation.

Scheduled: It signifies that your email has been approved and will be sent as per your scheduled time.

Draft: It means your email is saved as a draft and needs to be sent or scheduled if it’s ready.

Sent: It indicates that your emails have been sent successfully as per your settings.
