How to Delete Contacts

Log into your AfterShip Email account > Go to Contacts
Select All contacts
Choose the contact you want to delete
Click Delete contacts
Please note that you can delete 20,000 contacts in one go.
Go to the Contacts page
Select all the contacts that you want to delete
Click Delete contacts
Enter DELETE in the popup to confirm the deletion of the selected contact profiles. Once done, click Delete.
If you are deleting a large number of contacts, it may take some time. Don’t worry, we will show you the progress
You'll be notified when the action is in progress or has been completed. If there is already a deletion task in progress, you would need to wait for the current one to finish before deleting more contacts.
All contacts deleted will be removed permanently, and the action cannot be undone.
Once the deletion task is completed, all the sensitive data associated with the contacts will be removed like event history, recipient record, etc. Also, contacts’ information will be anonymized and replaced with the word Deleted contact.
