Send Automated Email and SMS Notifications for Popup or Form Submissions

Go to the AfterShip Email admin dashboard
Click Emails and SMS > Flows
Select Popup/form filled in (email and SMS)
Click Get Started
In the editor, Click Edit under the Trigger option
Click Add filter and select Popup/form
Select the popup that you want to add in the flow
Note: In order to select it as the source for the flow, you must have already created a popup.
Select the contacts or accounts that you want to trigger an email or SMS for. You can choose New signup or existing contacts, New signup or Existing contacts as the target audience.
Choose whether you want to trigger the email or SMS with or without a coupon offer. The available options are With or without coupon offer, With coupon offer and Without coupon offer respectively.
Set the frequency of the email or SMS as Any time or in 1-30 minutes, hours or days.
Once done, click Save
Note: The Popup/form filled-in (email and SMS) flow is initiated when a customer enters their email or phone number within a form or popup, while the welcome flow is activated upon a customer signing up for your store.
